A consultancy that builds its own tools.
Foresight helps manufacturers get more out of the people, processes, and tools they already have. Along the way we built tools of our own. Keystone is the biggest one, and Harvest helps a church food shelf feed people.
What we believe.
Being small isn’t a disadvantage. A small manufacturer with clear processes and the right tools can compete with companies many times its size, and it can often beat them on speed and service.
Bigger companies have the same chance. It starts with being open to a new way of looking at the work, and with using what you already have before buying something new.
What ties it all together.
A lot of what we do comes back to one question: what is this part, what do we call it, and how do we keep that answer the same everywhere it shows up? Get that right and quoting, engineering, purchasing, and the shop floor all speak the same language. Keystone, our SolidWorks add-ins, and much of our consulting started there.
Our logos.
Our logos use the koru, the Māori spiral for new growth. We drew them ourselves instead of copying any tribal (iwi or hapū) design, and Māori words on this site keep their macrons.
Our brand kit.
How we work.
We don’t change anything before we’ve measured it. Every change is planned before it’s made. Nothing we’ve handed over gets overwritten. And every result is checked in the real files. Those same four habits run our consulting, our software, and this website.
We picture a future where any shop, big or small, can compete with the best. We’d like to help you get there.
