SERVICES

You already know which step it is.

A process that works at ten orders a month starts to hurt at forty, and everyone in the room can name the step that’s slowing things down. We measure it, automate the parts that repeat, and leave the judgment calls to your people.

We work in the tools you likely already have: SolidWorks, PDM, DriveWorks, your ERP, Excel, and Power BI. When nothing off the shelf fits, we build what’s missing.

HOW WE HELP

Where we usually start.

Clean up the foundation

Part numbers, file names, and the rules behind them. When everyone uses the same names, quoting, engineering, purchasing, and the floor stop tripping over each other.

Automate the repeat work

If your engineers keep rebuilding models that are nearly the same, or someone types the same data into three systems, we set things up so it only happens once.

Plan with real numbers

We connect the data you already have, so workload, capacity, and project status show up in one place, and you can make the call before a schedule slips.

Write down how work flows

A clear path from quote to delivery, with checkpoints along the way. New people learn it faster, and jobs stop stalling between departments.

None of this takes a bigger team. It takes a willingness to look at the work differently, and that’s true whether you have 10 people or 1,000.

HOW WE WORK

Measure first, then improve.

01

Measure first

We look at how things work today, so we can prove what changed later.

02

Keep every version

Nothing we’ve handed you gets overwritten. You can always go back.

03

Plan each change

Before we change something, we spell out exactly what it will affect.

04

Check the result

We confirm it worked in your actual files, not just on paper.

That’s the whole method, and it’s no secret. Feel free to use it on your own. People call us when they want it done well and done fast.

THE BEZALEL FRAMEWORK

Principles stay put. Practices keep improving.

Behind our method is a written guide to running a custom manufacturing business. It separates the principles that never change from the everyday practices that should keep improving, and it checks every process with one question: who does this still help? It also keeps your busiest machine and your busiest person from being overloaded, because that’s where delays start.

You’ll always know where things stand.

If something is half done, we tell you it’s half done. When we hand work over, you get clear instructions and something that actually works, not just a report. It’s the same approach we used to build Keystone.

EXAMPLES

What we leave behind.

Recent projects left behind work these shops now run on.

A playbook for running the shop

One document that covers how people treat each other and how jobs move from quote to delivery, in twelve phases with nine checkpoints. Payments line up with the checkpoints.

Engineering standards that stick

Five numbering schemes, part numbers that never change once they’re used, and supplier switches that don’t break the parts list.

A plan for changing the culture

Change in the right order: first people feel safe, then connected, then they take ownership. It moves ahead when the results show up, not when the calendar says so.

The part-number walk

A hands-on exercise on the shop floor. It counts every time someone has to look up what a part number means, until the cost is too obvious to ignore.

Process without respect turns into red tape. Respect without process turns into chaos.

We never name clients here. These are the kinds of results that keep showing up.

If it’s a no, you’ll hear it early.

If we can’t do the job well, we’ll say so up front, not three invoices in. If a setting in software you already own will fix the problem, that’s the answer you’ll get. We don’t price work to keep a consultant around longer than the problem needs.

Our software started as consulting work that turned out to help more than one client, and consulting is still where new tools come from. Installing a tool is the start of working together, not the end of the project.

Let’s talk.

Tell us what’s slowing you down, in your own words. You’ll get a straight answer from a real person, even if the answer is that you don’t need us.
